u/s 125(3) proviso cr.p.c.

HI,

125 case was launched against me and the dicision was made not in favour of me by family court.
In 2007 dicision was made against me, and as per that I have to pay 1500 maintence to my father. Till,now I have not paid any amount to him after dicision, as I was went out of India. But now my father has claimed all the recovery way back from 2007 to 2014. As per my understanding he can only ask recovery for last one year. Please advise me what shall i do to avoid by giving recovery amount.

you are bound to maintain your father . dont avoid payment on legal technicalities

I live with my mother and father do not look at her from the my age of 15 . Why should i maintain him. He did not does any thing for my family since he left away.now he just return back to take a revenge. He has his own business to maintain him self. He is staying in his own haus where as we are rented.

You should pay last one year arrear and start paying regularly.

PAY THE MTN AS DIRECTED BY COURT
UR LIABILITY ALREADY ESTB BY COURT.

The minimum liability has to be paid or else he may initiate contempt of court against you.
