Madhukanta is mother. Gopal and pintu are son of Madhukanta. Both Gopal and pintu are married. pintu die and within 20 days of pintu's death his spouse got 2nd marriage. In that case if property is in the name of Madhukanta and if pintu's spouse case on Madhukanta and Gopal for property than what will law say

madhukanta is absolute owner of her self acquired property . she can bequeath the property as she pleases . daughter in law has no share in mother law property

We had notary in which pintu's wife had written that she had no right on any property and any receipt from pintu's company I.e pf and any other receipt than also she want to sui the case

Has pintu's spouse filed any case on Madhukanta and Gopal? If not, why this hypothetical question? Come to this forum for help only when pintu's spouse file a against Madhukanta and Gopal.

Except it is a matrimonial home, and she claims it for REsidence under DV ACT.

In furtherance to expert Mr. Shroff's comments, Pintu's widow has remarried after 20 days of the death of her husband hence she will not be eligible even for residential rights under DV act.
