Sirs,
My opponent has around 45 cases on him. He himself has accepted the same in cross examine of one of his recent case. But presently my suit is pending in high court. I can take the certified copies of the same. Whether high court will consider the certified copies. If not, what is the action which I can take to considered by high court. Also in one of other case of the judgement district court has been observed that the person will take the litigation of the properties on prima facie. If I submit the certified copy of the same, will high court consider it?

Whether or not the High Court will consider those certified copies will depend upon whether or not such documents have any relevance and bearing to your case.
As of now, we are not sure what is your case, which point you want to prove or disprove by producing such documents.

Yes admissible but for what cannot be stated without clear knowledge of the case

Certified copy of order of court does not need formal proof.
Admissibility of a document as per its evidentiary value has no relation with its relevance with the case.

Rightly opined by expert Mr. Barman and I agree with his views. The author's question is whether he can submit the certified copies, yes he can very well, the relevancy part of the issue will depend during the trial of the case in the court.
