I have noc still i have to serve 3 month

Dear Sir,

I have doubt pls reply, Presently i am working in Department of Atomic Energy own PSU. After getting NOC, i appeared for State PSC now i got selected. In such case it is also mandatory to serve 3 month notice period.

please read terms and conditions of your appointment letter . if it provides for giving 3 months notice you will have to serve the same

Refer to the service conditions expressed in appointment letter and also service rules and regulations of your establishment.

If there is an option of notice pay in lieu of notice period apply for it,get proper approval, complete exit formalities under proper acknowledgement and obtain proper relieving letter.....

Otherwise you must have mentioned the current notice period and joining time required for joining and seek extension from next employer...

If NOC was granted for appointment in state PSC that would have tended to waiver of the usual condition of notice period.

Dear Shri Dhingraji

Normally for any PSU/Govt employees even to apply for a job in another Govt department, NOC is required from the present employer, It does not amount to waiver of any service conditions if one is selected by the other orgn. Hence the queries has to comply with the service conditions as to Notice etc as may be applicable
