Sir,
• Wife files execution case in spite of husband pays her as per order of the court.
• Husband’s parents and husband deprived of child as child is with wife.
• Husband claim custody of child,case is pending before honorable High Court.
• All the gift items are kept in a house with the custody of one caretaker to whom husband need to pay.
Aggrieved by the above said conditions can husband prays before the learned court to
1. Custody of the child at least one day in every week?
2. Return of all gift items to wife for save hard earned money?
Please guide.
3. Can husband approach the court in execution case filed by wife to solve above.

1. Custody of child one day a week can not be preyed by husband in execution filed by wife. Can be preyed in custody case.
2. Separate petition need to be filed, if execution is not related to items.
