Could you please let us know the legal validity of Marriage at Arya Samaj for a Muslim girl and Hindu boy

Firstly , thanks for the responses. We hear that shuddi would be performed and they change religion,name and then marriage rituals are performed.
The question of Legally valid started with their concern on if going ahead with this procedure will it be valid if travelling abroad ,then current passports have to go through change and so for that marriage how would it be registered because Arya samaj is under HMA.
Some research on the validity and documentary evidence needed for legal support on Shuddi Karma ( conversion to Hinduism) and inter religion ( Hindu-Hindu(Muslim converted to Hindu) marriage as per Arya Samaj Validation Act(1937 Sec 19) in the Current Affairs of Indian judiciary system for they years 2013-2014 and going forward for below and any the other options available
1) MRO Identity Certificate with Religion HINDU and the new name given by Arya samaj
2) Marriage Certificate
3) Documentation for Passport with New Name to help with VISA and Immigration as the Educational and Work Experience records would have the Muslim Name

Fact Sheet1) G.O: December 15, 1987 based on a government order dated March 19, 1985(couldnt find the document over the Net)
FactSheet2) Arya Samaj Validation Act 1937 (Sec 19) for Inter caste and InterSect . which is supported by Section 2(a0 & 2(c) under Hindu Marriage Act
Marriage could be valid under "factsheet 2" Act to be supported by Hindu Marriage Act if "Factsheet1" G.O is stil in valid status as of current date.
What should be the guidance be given for necessary steps and precautions to go through the procedure with the Authorities at India if they want it under HMA.
Or should it be highly recommended that we recommed the couple to go through SMA

The best option is that there are various agencies who conduct such marriages and get them legalised by complying with the registration formalities, approach one such agency and get all your doubts clarified.
