after death of father if property divide between two son.without inform third son so what step can take third son

If the property was self acquired and father has not left any WILL and was HIndu then as Per Hindu Succession laws Spouse (mother) all sons and daughters are ClassI legal heirs and shall share the property equally ........

If the proeprty was ancestral the share of the deceased father shall devolve upon all ClassI legal heirs.....

The son can approach court for availing injunction to sell and partition...
