Past 6 month back andhra pradesh municipality election done..how can I get counsilor candidate affidavit through rti act...my counsilor has given false affidavit. .
Where I can complaint give against the counsilor. .

First procure the affidavit copy under RTI Actby sending RTI application to the concerned Election Commissioner nominated to conduct the Municipal Elections. Verify and if you find it is wrong affidavit, with all proof you have to prove it as wrong, you can a complaint to the State Election Commissioner.
