Dear madam.sir,
One of lawyer suggested us to submit that will(gift deed) to the court for "proove it" procedure. After verification the court will issue order to implement the will in my mother's name. Is this correct procedure??
Please guide me,
regards

Dear Sir-Madam,

I have contacted to our local Talathi office for changing property owner name as per my father's will, but the staff asking us for making affidavit, which will include all nominees name with my mother and then Talathi will send notice to all nominees and take their no objections signs, and then property will goes in my mother's name, Is this correct procedure?

We have contacted a lawyer, he suggested us, on affidavit just mention my mother's name, is this correct way?.

Talathi suggested us to include all nominees names on affidavit, those nominees will have no rights to take objections, because in will my father mentioned only my mother's name.

I am confused, please guide me which way we have to follow.

Thanks with regards
