Hi Sir/Madam,
I belong to a family of 5 members. I have four sisters every one is happily well settled and staying with their respective husbands. Elder sister has filed partition suit against my property which was given to me as a gift deed from my father(Which is a self acquired property) My parents are no more. is there any chance that i have to share partition? Please help/suggest.
Regards,

If the gift deed is registered then you have nothing to worry. Unless the gift deed is set aside which is quite an improbable aspect the property is no more amenable for partition.

For registered gift deed properties such disputes seldom succeed.

If you have acquired the property through a registered gift deed and the donor had valid title to the property gifted to you, there is nothing to worry about it, your sister's case will not be tenable or maintainable.
