I belong to UP .Due to bad luck and destiny my married life was never happy.My wife from day one started to show her ill mind and character .she not respect me and my family and does what she wish .she loves to talk to on mobile for 10 hrs when I ask her whom u talk then say me mind ur business.I can't write all things here .one day I told her to give me divorce .another day her father who is an advocate told me that if you do any thing like that under sec 498 my daughter will put a case and ur whole life will be in jail.Some friends also told me that case under sec 498 is unbailable in Uttar pradesh and you will have to go jail and will also be suspended from your job.Now suggest me how can I get rid from this monster by protecting my self.

Try to have amicable settlement with your wife.
You can go on bearing the situation till luck favors you.
Else you get determined and face this female terrorism and hence be suspended due to being in jail.

It is no offence if you seek divorce from your wife before a competent forum and hence adverse consequences would follow.

I agree with the experts advise.
Take out her call details and contact persons, if you can. It would be helpful in establishing adultery, if you have sufficient evidence.
File a petition for a decree of divorce. Contest the case(s) through a local lawyer, if filed against you.

Stop talking to your wife, ignore her always so long you will be at home and act as if you are a bachelor, don't give reply to her queries or if she says anything, start meditation early in the morning for peace of mind. Carry it on for at least a month and watch her attitude to you.
