Is unilateral revoking of a valid gift deed criminal offence?!

Guest (Querist) 26 June 2015 This query is : Resolved
I had filed a civil case against my in-laws for unilaterally revoking a valid irrevocable gift deed and have won the case after 5 years.

Does here the cancellation deed of my in-laws account for document fraud/forgery and submitting the same to court APPLY?!Or is it that they with the help of sub-registrar went on in cancelling my gift deed EVEN WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE was right?!...i know sub registrars are not accounted for here!!!

Any possibilities of criminal offence/under what sections?!

Vague query. What do you mean from the statement "Does here the cancellation deed of my in-laws account for document fraud/forgery and submitting the same to court apply"???
Is the document a Gift deed or Cancellation Deed?
What is the fraud or forgery?
What did you submit before the Court?
What you intend to get from the Court on your application?

Similarly other part of your query is vague and prima facie an academic query.
Consult the matter with your/someone else local lawyer for proper opinion, advise and proceeding.
If the case has been decided it is the judgment that will prevail.

Consult local lawyer and show him all the documents.

Totally vague query.

When you have already won the case after 5 years, where is the problem? If there is any, why did not you ask your own lawyer, with whose help you would have won the case?

What are the grounds cited in the judgment while allowing your suit?
