Divorce/changing advocate/shifting court

Guest (Querist) 26 June 2015 This query is : Resolved
I had filed for divorce and its still pending +3 years! I want to change my advocate and move the case to High court/Supreme court from district family court hoping for a speedy resolution of the same. What are the procedures if there are possibilities?!
Review & advice

There is no restriction in change of your lawyer except that the previous one will issue NOC to new one.
Who had advised you for move the case to High Court or Supreme Court? Whether the district court has pronounced its judgment?
Of course you may/can exercise an "extra ordinary jurisdiction" of High Court in a writ petition for superintending the District Court and issue directions for speedy trial.
Consult 'some' other local lawyer.

If not satisfied change the lawyer for a better competent one and fight UR case in the lower court .
