I am flat holder in co operative housing society and I have given flat on rent but in my parking can I park my car

Either you or your tenant can use the parking but both of you can't.

If you are entitled for only one vehicle parking, either you or your tenant can park the vehicle. Society cannot object.

In the given facts you stated that"I have given flat on rent..." so your tenant cannot use and occupy your car parking space which is in your exclusive possession therefore you can very well use your parking space as a member of co-operative Housing Society.
