Regarding sapression

Sir/Madam,

What should do in case wife left her matrimonial home after 5 Month of the marriage. Regarding same the guy had given application to Woman Cell( Police Deppt).

After giving application to woman cell they have called telephonicaly to the girl and her family members but they did not respond as yet.

Now one year have been completed and nothing is arise as yet.

In this condition what should to do that Guy.

What is he doing all this one year,without keeping track of the complaint?

He did not track till date, but his family received one or three calls by her family regarding settlement, and demanding large amount of money to settle the things. In this scenario what should do.

Better arrange a meeting of the 2 families including other elders of both the sides and settle the matter without legal hurdles.

Try to have amicable settlement, take help of effective of the society, other elders, common family friends. If not possible to live to gather, try for mutual consent divorce.
