Agricultural land measuring 3.57 acres has been fraudulently transferred by impersonation what procedure to be followed to seek justice?

The procedure is you have to approach a lawyer well versed in property law in your area, discuss things with him and then take appropriate action as may be advised by the said lawyer.

hello,
The first thing you do is to move under section 82 Registration Act i.e either file complaint or request Sub Registrar concerned to move under this section;
Secondly,you need to file suit for cancellation of sale deed with consequential relief restraining the vendee to take possession of this land;
Thirdly,if he is in possession pray for status quo with definite order that no alienation/transfter of land in any manner is made nor any sort of construction raised till final disposal of suit.
But in order to overcome technicalities a civil lawyer may be consulted.
