After executing the gift deed, can we continue to make a new tenant agreement on the old owners name.

Obviously You would be providing False Information to the Tenant regarding Ownership and the Agreement will Not be Legally Valid being an Agreement Between Third Person who is Not the Owner and Tenant.It amounts to Cheating As well.Better Get A Power of attorney from the Present Owner For all this.
