Owner of plot has given to developer for part development & to sale. Society of that developed portion & tenants of owner exist on same plot. How shall owner of plot can give conveyance to the society?

Your question does not explain whether the old building is being extended? or whether entire building is being redeveloped after demolition? or whether the new building is to be constructed on a separate part of the same plot?

There is plot occupied by some tenants and vacant area in possession of owner. Owner given open plot for development leaving tensnants as it is. Open plot developed and sold outright. Now society formed of that building consisting members who have purchased. Tenants of the owner in plots are paying rents to owner. What will be position for giving conveyance to society of building?

[1] It will depend on the terms of development agreement between the owner and the developer.
[2] It will also depend on the terms of agreement between the owner/developer and the purchasers of flats in the new building.
