ancestral property

(Querist) 02 October 2015 This query is : Resolved
I an a only daughter to my father and my father has 3 sisters and one brother who had 1 daughter and 1 son. We have some ancestral land property. His sisters are not that interested in our property and want it to be divided between my father and his brother equally. His brother don't want this to happen because I am married already and he want all the property for his son. And one more thing our property is not divided even within their cousins they just have 7/12. And have all of their names added there including cousins. How do I get my fathers hissa as I am already married and I wanted this to happen asap. All my father's cousins have sons so they think that I should not get anything being a girl. Please advise
