Quashing u/s.482

Please also guide me how can i recover the admitted amount. Filing civil suit will be a futile and time consuming exercise and probably i will be dead when justice will be done to me, if at all.

File a complaint under s.200 crpc and opt for criminal proceedings, you may apply for compensation under s. 357 crpc

Query is not clear to me. In criminal proceeding there is no way to recover money unless the court awards damages.
