regarding gratuity, GPF and pension of husband

Sir,my husband had suicide.My in laws are very cruel and all the nominations in GPF and pension of my mother in law given by my late husband .Now after death of my husband she claims on everything of my husband and even in laws unsheltered me from their house.I have no job And my step father not allowed me to shelter in my paternal home.What should I dodo.pls show me right path

All ClassI legal Heirs i.e.you, mother of your husband, and your children, have equal share.
Stake your protest with employer not (under proper acknowledgment) to pay to the mother and to pay all ClassI legal Heirs.
Or bring a stay order from court.
Take help of employee's union leaders and your able Lawyer.
Act ASAP.
If all dues have been paid you can claim share from your mother in law.
You can also claim share in estate of your husband.
