what is the facts of your case?

Prosecution case is that accused is a contractor. Two separate cheques were issued to two partners of a firm separately on same day, same place, same a/c no and both cheques are presented on same day and cheques were bounced on same day. Two complaint cases u/s 138 of N.I.Act were instituted by both the partner separately. Applications were preferred y the accused person u/s 219 of Cr.P.C. but rejected by the court with finding that complainant are different. I would like to challenge this order by way of revision. Whether order of rejection of application submitted u/s 219 of Cr.P.C. is final order of that order is interlocutory order. Plz sent case law reference if any. Thanks.
