technical resignation regarding

Sir I am Asi in cisf at the time of my training I got NOC for job in supreme court . now I am in Bhopal airport and file my technical resignation but they said that I have to pay all my training cost .

You have to abide by the terms of your appointment is cisf. Check the terms & conditions applicable about training cost.

Consult local service law expert, show him all your documents i.e appointment letter, SC selection letter, permission letter etc.
