A land have been purchased by a person from a farmer and i then purchased a land from that person.. I made my factory of wire drawing over there
Recently few govt. Officers same there and cut the power supply and said that the land is a agriculture land not a commercial land for factory purpose..
My factory is closed from last 6 months and i am bearings a loss of 1 lakh per month due to the same...
I have applied all my sources and tried every possible way the SDM over there is not getting signed the papers to make the land a commercial land...
So please suggest me what could i do...?

Dear Querist,
You have not mentioned your state here . anyhow nature of land was to be changed before setting up industry there but if you did so before that and factory was running there and all commercial connections was established, it was also the duty of govt official to analyze and enquire and inspect the land before giving you the connections . You can file suit in court as well can get your factory re run and also can get compensation. We can guide you through out this process but need some additional information on that .
