498@, 307, 34, 125, etc after 4 months of divorce

Dear sir

My wife filed 156(3) u/s498a, 144,34,125,107,406,494, along with 307 which is fake and fabricated as the time she mentioned she was not staying in her parental home. It's just the reparkation of the divorce suit file by me on cruelty ground. Can me and my family members get arrested though I already applied for anticipatory bail nd police also investigating properly my neighbours given mass pitition to police station. As its 156(3) not a direct FIR by Police so whether can we get arrested?

Nd after filling all this nonsense cases in kolkata she came to Mumbai in my work place with help of local political goons forcing me to withdraw divorce pitition.l informed human rights commission nd all police headquarters of Mumbai navi Mumbai about this illigal unlawful trespassing into my private life. Now can I get any relif from law to stop them comming into my privacy. How to restrict them legally? Is there any legal aid available for me.? I tried to complain to local Ps but not entertained. So I wrote mail to all top cops of Mumbai, navi Mumbai. Is there ny other suggestions to stop this nuisance.

Sorry one correction she was not staying with us she was staying with her parents. She received registered ad divorce notice there by signing officially.

You had raised the same issues, repeatedly, in the past and suggestions have been given. Police are instructions not to take any hasty steps in complaint u/S 498A. If the charges are false, the things could be met better at their merits.

I am not asking about 498a. I am asking what can be done in Mumbai at my workplace as they came here with some goons I m not been able to come to office. And one more query was there about 156(3) u/s 307 , notice not being served so arrest can be possible?

If she is threatening you with the help of local goons.. file a police complaint against her in the nearest police station. That will also help you in your original case.

Can I get any legal protection in my workplace stating the facts. Injunctionor something like that is possible in my work place. Police did not harrss us in Kolkata as our neighbours supported us. Worried about Mumbai.

I tried to complain to local Ps but they didn't take it so I wrote mail to CP/Dgp Mumbai, navi Mumbai and Maharashtra and national human rights to avoid their nuisense. What else I can do more.

From facts stated by, I am of the view that you need to consult a local lawyer at Mumbai for further course of ations.
