Hello & hope you are well today ! ! Can you please inform me about Agricultural & farming Partnerships in India ? #1.) As a NON : PIO,NRI & OCI ( I'm a US Citizen 51 y/o & Ret. Military) what laws or restrictions would I be subjected to as a NON Indian citizen etc. on land purchases / size etcc...???? #2.) Are property (farm) leases available ??? #3.) Are partnerships ( like sharecropping) legal in agriculture in (Kerala) India ??? #4.) Would it be appropriate to form a : LLC , LLP , PPL , Proprietorship or NONE of the above ???
