Permission to meet daughter from court

(Querist) 21 March 2016 This query is : Resolved 
Husband convicted under Section 498 IPC for alleged dowry death, wherein his wife commited sucide ;though sucide is for other reasons.The in law of Husband file case of alleged dowry death .The Husband is booked under dowry case for such sucide of wife.Stays in Jail for 5 years and just released in bail from High Court.In between the in laws file Adoption of minor daughter in Court.Court at place x grants Adoption in favour of in laws saying will remain with in laws till the age 18(major). Father now wants to meet her daughter at present just 8 years twice in a month as daughter is with in laws in place x. Father stays in place Y. Query is on the folowing:
i)In which Court he should move the application(under which section) to Meet her daughter

ii) What are the Court viwes & order in such cases to meet.

ii)Is it possible to challenge the adoption order.

1. Suit for custody or other under Guardian and Wards Act lies only in court within whose jurisdiction the child is presently residing.
2. Yes in the proceeding under such Act you can apply for change of Guardianship.

File case at the place where the daughter is at present. you can challenge the adoption.
