Rejoin after resignation

I resigned the circle officer post on 7th jan.2016, due to family problem from govt. Of bihar. Today i don't know my resignation accepted or not. I want to join again, without any condition.plz suggest me how i join again.

You may approach officer in charge of the place of your last posting and inform of the position.

if the resignation is not yet accepted the deptt can allow withdrawal and treat you on leave with/without pay.

It is only a matter of mercy by deptt. You have no vested right.

When did you submit resignation and how? was any communication received? What is the time period to take decision by your department?

Contact your department and prey in writing with acknowledgement that your resignation has not been accepted and you want to withdraw it.
