SIR
My father( expired ) has written a WILL and registered in Registrar office 9 years ago and property has not divided .

Happen to hear that will has to be probate. Any need to probate will even if it is registered

procedure of probate will( if necessary even after registering in registrar office)

To file a probate of the said will, find a local lawyer to execute.

In such states where taking of Probate is compulsory you have to apply for the same even if the Will is registered.

Probate of will is not mandatory in many states / places. Confirm locally whether exemption applicable in your state.

If have to proceed for probate, take help of local lawyer.
