On dismissal of application by hc

(Querist) 19 April 2016 This query is : Resolved
On a woman's death in her in-laws house, PM report says,
"suicidal hanging, but the ligature mark is not possible by the seized saree"

The FMT expert says "crows are white" and the expert is dead on date, due to AIDS.

On showing all the lacuna in investigations by police to High Court, it orders that the application for re-investigations by CBI or crime branch is dismissed because the petitioner's lawyer could not find out the lacuna in the earlier investigations by police.

My view is "when all the matters are written in the filled application, is it need again to show all those points to the Judges"?

Humble request to experts, to challenge the dismissal by High Court and for necessary order of Court to re-investigate the criminal matter, what best can be done.

WIth regards,
Ak Singh

Yes only SLP lies in supreme court as no second revision lies in hc against its own order in criminal matters.

Agree with the expert.

For Special Leave Petition (crl) in Supreme Court, the question of law is essential.

1) In this case, what best will be the question of law, to point towards a grave, blatant and atrocious miscarriage of justice?

2) again, can I mention the following in that
"Is Judiciary afraid of police or police cunningly making the Judiciary a defunct machinery of system ?"

Humble request to experts.
with regards,
AK Singh
