Mutual talaq under muslim law

Sir,

I want to take mutual talaq through court. Will you please guide me whether I can file the same under mohammandon law. I need mutual talaq as I want to go to u.s.a or I have to file suit for declaration of dissolution of marriage. Pls provide me specimen format

If the marriage is performed under Sharia law there is no provision for mutual talaq.
It has to be done by Triple talaq but you can do so with the consent of wife and in her presence and two witnesses.
