The property was self acquired by late.Shyamlal, passed away leaving behind his widowed wife, three sons and two daughters. Eldest son kirti lal, predeceased his father shyamlal. Kirti Lal left behind his widowed wife and five children.
Now the property is shared by all the legal heirs of late.Shyamlal, by 1/5.
Kirti Lal, the predeceased son had five children, hence his share of 1/5 is shared among the legal heirs of Kirti Lal.
1). Smt.Kanchan Devi, W/o.Late.Shyam lal and the mother of late.Kirti lal.
2). Smt.Nirmala devi, W/o.Kriti lal.
3). Sri.Gobind ram, S/o. Kirti Lal.
4). Sri.Ramchander S/o. Kriti Lal.
5). Smt.Sangeetha D/o. Kirti lal,
6). Sri.Hariram S/o.Kriti Lal,
7). Smt.Bharti Devi, D/o.Kriti Lal.
All the members except Smt.Bharti Devi is willing to enter into a family partition, and execute the registration of family partiion deed, but, Smt.Bharti Devi, who has 1/35 share, in the residential family property is not forthcoming to sign the document.
All of them are willing to take their respective shares. Even Smt.Bharti Devi is allotted her portion and nobody wants her share.
How to Proceed and conclude this issue.
I request the experts for their expect advice and suggestion.
Thanks.

Consult A Local Good Advocate and File a Suit for Legal Partition and every thing would be Done Legally.

Wonder, if it took two long years for Ms. Usha Kapoor to agree with experts after resolving of the query!
