"but know the person who was residing in the property died" Who has died - the transferor or the transferee?
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 23 June 2016
Has the person lodged any case against the seller?

Has he got receipt of the consideration paid and whether it was paid through Banking channel?

Casual query may not solve the problem, it is better, state material facts and / or discuss with some senior lawyer in the field for guidance.

Terms of agreement and receipt of money by seller matter much about which you have not stated anything.

Sir the person who had purchased the property has died sir the person was totally illetterate and a villager and the payment was made in cash and their is no documental proof but only residential proof regarding the same is present on consultation with lawyer he states that only option left is adverse possession .what is adverse possession and why to file suit when the person has purchased the property and paid his hard earned money to the owner who is totally a bad person and not a human the property is enjoyed only by the family of the person who had purchased the property from that bad owner
