Sir, I from azamgarh UP. Two years back I went to Lucknow for purchasing of a plot. After that I contact one builder and he was starting taking money ad advance from me for the sake of cheap plot. Slowly slowly I had paid (660000) . but before 6 month he told us I am unable to give u any plot. Then I start to take back my money . for that he was giving a cheque also but that was bounse at time period. Till now he was not refunded my money . What can I do please suggeste me.

Have you any agreement with builder regarding purchase of plot and receipt of money paid to builder,if you have then you may approach District Consumer Forum for your grievances else lodge FIR against builder.

File case under section 138 NI Act for cheque bouncing. You can lodge complaint for cheating and fraud.
Also you can file civil suit for refund of your money.
