hello sir,3 months before my uncle adopted my brother (25years).we written it on stamp paper.now he want to adopt another person as a legal heir.my brother adoption is legal or not.he have any right on uncle property.how we will move legally. please tell me

The age at time of adoption is mentioned as 25 years by you that is above age of 15.

The adoption is not valid.
