verbal termination and withholding of salary

Dear sir,
I successfully completed the probation period but was verbally asked to leave and not even paid my salary including my notice period salary.kindly guide

first talk with the management of the company and if there is no response, issue a legal notice.

If you have successfully completed probation, the Management has no option but to confirm your services. However, if you are asked to quit, it has to be in writing and not oral. No employee could be terminated without a domestic enquiry being conducted against him and without giving him an opportunity of being heard.

Wherefore, you may approach civil court if you are not covered under Industrial Disputes Act, and labour court, if you are covered under ID Act.

REGARDING VERBAL TERMINATION AND NON PAYMENT OF YOUR SALARY AND NOTICE PAY SALARY KINDLY NOTE THAT.

1.you may file an application for reinstatement in service and all back period salary and continuity in service.
you may file the said application as per your designation mentioned in your offer and appointment letter by the said employer.
2.in case designation is of staff then you may approach labour /industrial court.but in case you are in officer category then you have to file a civil suit in civil court please.note.
3.illegal termination without any notice and enquiry will be set aside and qquashed by the concerned court please note.
4.you may file an application to high court also in case you are in officer category.
