Harassment by a women for marriage

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 13 August 2016 This query is : Resolved
One of male divorced mr x friend got involved with a married women into a physical relationship. The relationship lasted for about 6 months. Now he wants to get married to another women. The relationship was put an end to by the guy about 2 months back. The problem arised when his ex gf started harassing him by visiting the places of his work and threatening to shift to his house with her luggage. Some lawyer advised him to change the place of his stay which was a rented apartment and also leave the city where he was residing. As of now he has left the house as well as all his jobs and shifted out of the state. After a month his family received a notice at his permanent residence from a private women ngo which was not accepted by his family. The said guy and the women are in no contact from about two months. Now the query is
1) what legal rights does this woman have on this guy as she is still married to another man.?
2) how to safeguard the guy from any legal action?
3) what possible action could this lady take against this guy with the help of ngo, courts and the police.
P.s the guy and the lady were not working at the same place nor were they living together under one roof.
Thank you in advance

A strange hypothetical anonymous query! You want the woman to take action against the guy and also wants to safeguard the guy. What an interesting contrast you have put in your query!

By the way, what concern you have got with the said guy and women?

Let them settle their own tussle. You do not seem to stand anywhere in between them.

Thank you for quick response. My query seems to have not been put in a proper manner. To be clear the lady is harassing the man Im to be getting married to. The guy told me about this relationship much earlier. But this is a recent development that has happened(notice in last 2 days) and is disturbing me and my fiance. So both of us would like to know what possible things could happen. Kindly suggest a legal permanent solution to this so that we both do not face any problem further. I am no way gonna back out from this relationship so kindly do not suggest this to me. This is weird query but we need help.

It seems you think as if the responding members are so idiots that they cannot smell falseness of your statement.

Your clarification is more strange that your original question. When you are getting married with an already harrassing married woman to some other guy, in what way your questions are valid in connection with the question of your marriage?

Anybody can easily smell that you are trying to befool the members by asking quetions "(1) what legal rights does this woman have on this guy as she is still married to another man?" "(2) how to safeguard the guy from any legal action?" "(3) what possible action could this lady take against this guy with the help of ngo, courts and the polic?"

Your outlook should be limited only to the question of your own marriage, whether to marry that woman or not, more so when she is still married with some other man, but not with what the woman will do with the other man or how to save that man, etc.

WHY SUCH LAME EXCUSES?

I'm not getting married to the woman who is harassing the guy. I'm getting married to the guy who is being harassed by this woman. So I'm interested In knowing what can we do so that this lady doesn't harass my fiance further.

There would not be any legal issue unless the other woman is already married and moves against your fiancee for adultery.

Ask your guy to contact some capable lawyer locally and narrate his story, as you have not been able to justify your query, why you are interested to know the legal rights of a woman against the guy you propose to marry.
