GPA was done by mother and minor son (mother signed on behalf of minor son) to a person in 1992.
in 2005 the minor son was expired.

Now the mother made a sale deed.

The GPA holder filed a case in civil court.

Whether the GPA is in live or not

The GPA cannot be annuled on the death of minor.The GPA holder has got every right to question the sale deed.

What is the interest of the GPA holder?
only if the agency was created in which the GPA had interest then only he can question the subsequent transfer by principal.

the minor became major and after becoming major only the son expired in 2010 not 2005

Principal can sell the property if no interest was associated with GPA. GPA can be cancelled by the Principal.
