I want to know how to file complaint against a lawyer in bar council of India

Is it true that one cannot file for re inquiry once the challan is submitted in court by police .

Please help a advocate is harassing me in an untruthful case just cause he know law and he knows it how can I file complaint against him

It shall be better for you to go through the contents of section 15 of Advocates Act 1961 and then contact to the Bar Council of your State and enquire about their procedure as this is different from State to State.
