My name is Nishant Bakliwal.I am in a loving relationship with a girl from last 2 years.she will be of 18 years of age in feburary.we are very serious for each other and we want to be marry.but her family member will not agree because my age is of 24 years and i had done cs/mba/bba.
i am very tensed what should i have to do now because in court marriage court sends a notice to family it will leads to a problem and i want that court does not send a notice to family ...is it possible..? and also i want to know that arya samaj marriage is valid or not in the eyes of law...or is it compulsory to register a marriage in the court for its validation after having arya samaj marriage..please help me please please please..

लड़की 18 की है नहीं. एक दो FIR तो आप पर अभी हो ही सकती हैं. थाने जाती ही लड़की तोते की तरह तुम्हारे खिलाफ बयान देगी.

Wait some time. Do not be in hurry if her parents are not agreeing. Let the girl complete marriageable age.
Even after this age, girl may give statement against you under the pressure of her parents and you can be in trouble, better try to get consent of her parents.

Yes, Arya samaj marriage is legal.
If you want to proceed without the consent of her parents, better discuss in detail with some senior lawyer.

This is true doe snot matter what promises she (basically kid as on now) ay be making to you.
I add as under.
"Even after this age, girl may (in most probability) give (very damaging) statement against you under the pressure of her parents and you can be in trouble, better try to get consent of her parents."
