Dear Client,

After giving a Legal notice employer,
file a case in labor court on the ground of victimization and unfair labor practice on the part of management etc.against your employer, also claiming payment of your salary dues with interest etc. Also file cheating Criminal breach of Trust cases against your employer. employer.

The employer has done his mischief. You should search for another job. Meanwhile send legal notice to your employer.

First he should search alternate job immediately. Relief may not be available immediately from legal avenue.

Discuss with local lawyer dealing in service matters to claim relief legally as due process was not adopted while terminating.
