My husband first file restitution of conjugal rights(section 9) case with my wrong address now he withdraw the case now file a divorce case and i want to ask what are the benefits to me if court refuse the divorce case?
Can he again divorce case?

on what reason the court will refused divorce case, without any reason the court can not refused the divorce case, if you are not willing to take divorce then it will be beneficial for you otherwise not.

If your question is not an academic query you could have asked that from your own lawyer.
So, at first get opinion of your own lwyer. Only thereafter, if you still have any doubt, you may come forward with that doubt by discussing on the opinion of your own lawyer here.
However, if an academic quesry, as you had been posting hithertofore, that query does not deserve any attention by the experts.

It's my bad lucky i born in India.I think all girls think the same where I'm struggling for my child maintenance from 3 years.They beaten me they throw out from house.They don't give back my jewellers and other stuff.What i get is just a "NEXT DATE".
I think goverment should pass the law so that person have rights to kill baby girl in womb.It give a little pain to baby but would relief pain from rest of the life.

How about getting opinion of your own lawyer. Have not your thought about that so far, as you have not replied my query for the last two days?
Frustration will add to your sorrow, if you are evasive in your replies or raise evasive questions, instead of being truthful to the members here, who are trying to solve your problem, if real.
To be frank, your query seems to be merely an academic query, not a real problem.

I already changed my lawyer but still it's not beneficial there is still no progress in my case i don't know it's my lawyer fault or the system fault where it take 3 yr for child maintenance and still i don't get it.The only thing i get is "NEXT DATE".
Where the men have all rights
he want to live with his wife or not,
he want to give maintenance for child or not.
he is even not present on any date.
and i don't know why you thing it's academic query.If it's academic query then i will know this kind of small things.It's real and the only person who face is understand.Now it's very difficult for me to trust on my laywer
(Not blaming to all).
I think the discussion have no end to prove my it's real.

With what specific reason do you expect that as and when you post a question the community members hould start searching the web whether you have posted any other question anywhere else or not? Why should they waste their time, energy and cost on infrastructure just to fulfil your unwarranted desire, as if they are your paid servants?

Even if you have changed your lawyer, are you prohibited by any law to ask your question from your own hired lawyer?
In fact, your question, "what are the benefits to me if court refuse the divorce case'" is quite vague. What is the object of asking this vague question?
Also, what benefits you want to derive if your court case is refused?
AND what was the sense of posting your unwarranted statements, like, "Where the men have all rights.... he want to live with his wife or not,... he want to give maintenance for child or not. ... he is even not present on any date. ... Can he again divorce case?, etc.?
How you prefer to justify your statements to link with your question for benefits from refusal of your court case?
You have stretched the thread quite unnecessarily, some times accusing the lawyers and the other time the men of the world as a whole.
If you don't have faith on men, who has debarred you from hiring a woman lawyer to give you satisfactory results in your case. But, still, she would like to know the facts, not your evasive statements, like the experts here desired clarifications on your vague academic question.
