Can this platform provide me an advocate who practices in DRT Mumbai & who takes affordable fees? Besides this who has his office or resident in Mumbai.Actually I have a small matter in DRT III, but when I enquired about the fees of the Advocates, They are taking very big amount as their fees which is very hard to afford.

There is no definition of áffordable fees'as it differs from person to person and place to place.
It shall be better for you to personally make efforts in Mumbai itself instead of posting your problem here. There are many experts from Mumbai. You can even personally contact them.

I have seen your various posts and the summery and possible result is that matter is not simple at DRT. You have to be ready to go to DART thereafter and than HC for any meaningful relief.
You can also file a counter claim in civil court for which you have to pay court fees.
