Dear Sir my wife was staying away from me with out any cause then I conducted a meeting with elders and elders advice her to join matrimonal home but she refused it hence I filed RcR in trial court then she filed crpc 125, and false Dv act and 498a and stated threatening me and my family members, but the RcR and crpc 125 cases has come to end with the order to join matrimonal home within six months and simultaneously the crpc 125 has awarded 10000 ₹maintenence per month am unemployed and unable to so much more over RcR is decreed and why should I pay maintenance hence help me out to appeal in HC

The decree in favour of a husband in RCR is no ground to avoid maintenance of wife.
However if you are dissatisfied with the quantum of maintenance then can challenge the said order in revision in sessions or high court.

For RCR, no court can force her to live with husband.
It seems you are mohammdon, if so, you can talaq her as per your personal law.
If you do not pay maintenance, she can file execution and you can be jailed.

U can get separated from her or pay her maintenance.
If u deny both then face consequences.

oppose her claim through your lawyer. If she is earning / employed submit proofs of her employment.
You may have to pay maintenance.
