Please give me suggestion , i hv a big issues of my marriage life could you please tell me how to handle or resolve this situation .
I got a married since last 18 month but this marriage is unwanted or forcefully for me. After marriage my wife not live in my house & also not with me. We dont hv any physical relation together . She is doing job in govt sector in her city nd i aslo in govt sector at my hometown. I file the divorce case on dated 1st july I had attends 2 hearing in court and she didn't came. Ryt Please give me suggestion , i hv a big issues of my marriage life could you please tell me how to handle or resolve this situation .

marriage was forced on you and being coward / irresponsible / person of undecided nature / no decision taking type of person, you did not oppose / refused at that time, hence preferred to spoil the life of your wife, resulting embarrassing position for your parents and her parents.
She seem to be nice enough, after receiving notice / information of filing case of divorce, did not file case of dowry demand, domestic violence etc. on you and on your family.
If due to her counter cases, you are arrested and not given bail for 48 hrs. department would suspend you and case may not be summed up till 3-5 years. A big frustration for you.
It is in your favor, try to have amicable settlement either by saving the marriage or explore the scope of Mutual Consent divorce.

Another best step for you is to concentrate on your own study material to find answer on your query. If still you get any doubt, come forwards only with your tentative answer to the question to get that reviewed by the experts.
However, if there is even a slightest truth in your story, still the best step for you would be to withdraw the case and try to compromise with your position as unwanted marriage by any individual cannot be the reason for divorce. You could have given thought on that aspect only before marriage.
If you still insist on divorce, go to your own lawyer, who is handling your case and ask your him about the best step for you. If he is also in favour of your divorce, have trust on him and follow his instructions and advice.

I have a court case which is his base.
last one year we are not living together.
She wanna that i transfer there place nd live with her without my parents
She wants that i away from my parents
