Divorce wife will get any share in the husband property. After death of husband and she is not getting any maintance amt from her husband

Is it A Legal Divorce first of all.If it is Legal divorce she can not have any Claims.You have Not mentioned about Children.

Thanks for the info. That does not give indication of any query by you and the information about your concern with the case as well as the nature of claim made by the divorcee wife, if any made from the husband directly or through court of law.
