Mr. Are u referring to a GIFT DEED? Besides, find out the procedure of admission of new members in the society bye- laws and oral communication with Secretary of the Society. Then approach an experienced Civil lawyer locally with docs. and facts for resolving the issue.

If it valid gift deed, then society should admit it.

Dear Sirs. Thanks for fast response. Yes its valid Gift Deed duly registered n app. fees paid at Regustrars office wherein shares & names of individual family members is clearly mentioned.
Since the flat was purchased by the sole member his name exists as sole owner in the society register.
We the other 3 members gave a written request to the secretary with supporting documents. Its over a month they have not done anything.
Can we quote Rule no or Bye-law no. to pressure the society to register our names.
Pl. advise. With gratitude n regards
