Respected sir my father and brother facing 498 a in district court..now my brother wife move a 319 appl. To involve other family member in to trial.now our advocate told us that there is no need to argument in court from our side it is upto judge to decide on 319..and at this stage we can not argu with judge.now the update is that our advocate not appear in court and juddge gives date..please guide me on that.other family members name not mentioned in fir and challan.thanks
