Hi, me and my mother are residents of Delhi.& my father went missing last 14 years
We had filed complaint police station for missing person.
How do i get a death certificate issued for my missing father. also want to know if death certificate will be issued in where
Does Delhi police has any role in getting death certificate issued.
Please assist...

Obtain certified copy of the complaint from police station thru RTI.

Author Your Father was Missing Before 14 years and Now you are Worried about his Death Certificate Only to Rent out your Father's Property and No way you are worried about your Father for fourteen years and this query is only for getting the Rental Income.Better Pay and Consult a Local advocate.
