Housing society law

Administrator is appointed in the society by the asst registrar on 24th march 2017 order.
the new auditor has called only once to the society committee but did not turn up to take the charge since last 20 days.ALL SOCIETY maintenance and collection of dues is held up. Please advise what to do in such casess if the administrator is not interested to come and take charge.

File an application before the registrar of coop soc. mentioning the full facts.

In such an event, the matter can be taken up with O/o. The Registrar of Co-op.Societies for resolving the stalemate.
